Looked really exciting, they had x3 particular strong trend. Electric Festival, Retro power dressing, 90’s Active & Antique deliciate florals. The Electric festival trend had bags of energy, lots of saturated tassel & feather cropped cardies, neon transparent fishermans jackets, patchwork floral ditsy on dark bases, lurex rainbow stripe side panel interest, neon raised glitter 70’s stripe sweat placement, which were paired back with strong accessories, colour block sequin and hologram bag/bumbags. Big focus on denim, which had ditsy print florals, discharge check and bold florals, digital lace/floral patterns, dip dye ombre stripes, hotfix stud embellishments, and canvas/lurex appliques on side panels and back placements. Power dressing had a strong 70’s bold floral & patchwork ditsy’s aop, semi plain oversized tailoring suits, combines with bold colours ways blocking. 90’s Active, bring back your 90’s originals Adidas side poppers, Fred Perry half zip poly sweaters, and your combat trousers. Sports brands such as Fils & Umbro are making a big come back. A Soft Antique floral range, with soft pale tones throughout, lots of hand drawn floral ditsy and ivory tone bases. Overall all ranges looked stronge and offered something very different.

Print direction was all about stripes, stripes and stripes! Vertical and horizontal settings, yarn dye too lurex, 80’s checks, patchwork ditsy’s and power dressing suits were key.

Very cool illustrated placement tees. Love the cheer leader characters. They really looked at scale and proportion within their placements, which made the overlook strong, modern and exciting.

John Lewis Department Store

Bondstreet

Jigsaw girls had a beautiful beach theme with an ice-cream placement & a watercolur textured coral reef aop. John Lewis designed a small range on Easter prints which looked very cute. Boden boys had lots of cool placements, really using space on the tee. Boden girls with their Dinosaur placements which we see most season but always looks fun. I loved the unisex space pattern which they put on a daywear dress. Great colour use as always!
